I watched this movie again last night. There are lessons for project managers and consultants of any type:
- Know who are the Mob
- Know who are the Senate
- Know who is the Emporer
- Know who You really are
- Know that roles change quickly and politics are as deadly as swords
- Do not know when you are defeated
