Feasibility Study

Background: After several years of using either inside sales and an irregular procedure for issuing finders fees; my client decided to investigate a formal structure for outside sales. The following mind maps are the results of those meetings. This feasibility study highlighted the amount of work that would be required to properly integrate an outside sales scheme and the client decided to postpone the process until time and resources allowed.
