What I do really well:
There are two things I do really well: I help companies find hidden money through process improvement and I help their new projects succeed.
How do I do this?
- Business Analysis – Whether streamlining the 24×7 scheduling for a medical facility, preparing IT corporate governance documentation for a Sarbanes-Oxley compliance project, or assisting a state university in technology acquisition–I have the technical chops and language skills to build out the right solution. Whenever I prepare for a meeting I pack lots of smart questions.
- Project Management – Steeped in the PMI method of project management (cert planned for 2Q 2010), I have thousands of hours of project work and many successful projects under my belt. I assist clients by managing all of the details and keeping everyone in the loop, and pulling in the same direction.
- Operational Consulting – I provide careful analysis and direction I have worked with dozens of business owners and start-ups, both for profit and not-for-profit. I offer tools and techniques for building strong scalable businesses.
- Business Development – I have written and responded to multi-million dollar requests for proposals (RFPs) as well as written dozens of grant applications. I know my way around the proposal process in the private and public sector. If you are in a bind and need someone to hit the ground running–drop me a line.
How do you get a hold of me?

A couple more things…
While I am replying to your email, be sure to check out my resume, here.
Side Note: One of my favorite business people, a mentor-from-afar Chris Brogan has a page just like this. I liked it so much that I brazenly copied it. While we are in very different fields–he works in social media and I do in business consulting–I learn so much from his writing. If you have a moment, check out the rest of his site. You will not be disappointed.
